Elders sells Killara feedlot for about $195m
ELDERS has announced the sale of its Killara feedlot, telling the ASX this morning that it had entered into an agreement to sell 100pc of Killara’s shares to a major southern processor.
The announcement said the agreement was for the Australian Meat Group (AMG) to purchase the operation for approximately $195.8m.
The sale is subject to approval from both the Foreign Investment Review Board and Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Dependent on the success and timing of these approvals,
