USDA's Meyer to lead Mizzou ag policy institute
Seth Meyer, USDA's chief economist for nearly five years, will lead the University of Missouri’s Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute starting Jan. 1, according to the school.
Meyer will take over for Pat Westhoff, who has held the position since 2011 and is retiring March 1, the university said in a statement Tuesday.
